Easy, Low Cost Returns (within 30 days of delivery)
Things to Know
- Shoes must be returned in their original condition, in their original product packaging, within 30 days of delivery.
- There is a $8 per order return fee that covers restocking and postage back to the warehouse. However, if we’ve made an error in our shipment, or if your item is faulty/ damaged, you will not be charged.
- Please allow up to 2 weeks for your refund to be processed. You will receive email confirmation as soon as your refund has been processed.
- Please make a note of your tracking number. This will be helpful in the event that your return is lost or delayed in transit.
- We accept returns only from merchandise purchased directly from our website. Returns cannot be processed from other retailers/e-tailers that carry our product.

Items marked as FINAL SALE are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or price adjustment. Please carefully select your size and color and review all item information to ensure that you purchase the correct item.

- At this time, we do not offer exchanges. Please return your original order and place a new order for the preferred style, size or color.
